3. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing, search visibility, reviews, and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, five-star reviews, advertising ROI, or revenue increases. Our role is to build and improve the systems and signals that influence those outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant accounts and platforms, and reasonable cooperation needed to implement and maintain the systems we build.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created for a client are transferred upon full payment. Evolution Automations retains rights to its underlying tools, templates, and methodologies.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and terms are defined in the specific service agreement with each client. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Services
Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of those third-party services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
